Crises are a fact of life. All Organisations are Vulnerable to Crises. The question is not IF, but WHEN a Crisis occurs, what should an organisation do?
This session explored the issues around crisis communications and effective communication strategies. What should organisations do BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER a crisis to ensure that the company’s reputation, brand, and community relations remain intact?

Let's talk Business Continuity Planning.
How many of us saw our businesses grind to a halt at the onset of the pandemic?
SURVIVAL in today's highly disruptive business setting means that leaders must have a BCP-ready for any disaster or crisis situation.
AMCHAM T&T hosted this interactive 3-Day BCP workshop as a peer-learning experience to share knowledge and good practice amongst private sector partners.
In the end, companies were better prepared and fully ready to maintain business operations during any disruptive period.
