Gregory Hill
ANSA Merchant Bank Limited

Mr. Gregory Nicholas Hill, a career banker, has earned a notable reputation in the regional financial services industry
spanning over 25 years,in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Banking Regulation.

Mr. Hill is the Managing Director of ANSA Merchant Bank Ltd, which is listed on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) and
Chairman of Consolidated Finance Company Ltd in Barbados.
As Managing Director, he led the Bank into the regional capital market spotlight with several high profile transactions,
with executed volume in excess of USD 5 billion.

Prior to this role, Mr. Hill held executive positions at regional Financial Institutions, where his responsibilities
included Head of Investment Banking for the Caribbean executing over USD 5 billion in transactions in multiple currencies,
Head of Corporate Banking for regional banking subsidiaries and domestically Banking Supervision for Deposit Insurance.

Mr. Hill is a past President of the Securities Dealers Association of Trinidad & Tobago (“SDATT”)
which is charged with leading the development of the securities and capital market in Trinidad & Tobago.

Mr. Hill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honours) from the University of the West Indies and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) U.K and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT).

                                                         He graduated as Top MBA Student in 2004 from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business with an Executive Masters in Business Administration
                                                           and is currently Chairman of the Board of the Alumni Association. He is active in contributing to Society though various associations.



Giselle Thompson
BP Trinidad & Tobago

Ms.Giselle Thompson is the Vice President Corporate Operations for BP Trinidad and Tobago. In this role she holds accountability for the corporate functions of Communications and External Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, Facilities and Management Services, Security and Integrated Risk Management.

Giselle is responsible for the management of the company’s external facing strategy and reputation. This includes the management of the company’s internal and external communications and overseeing all interactions
between BPTT and external stakeholders including the government, business partners
and the community. Giselle first joined BPTT in 2006 as Corporate Brand Manager and was promoted to
VP Communications and External Affairs in 2007 and then to VP Corporate Operations in 2013.

Prior to joining BPTT, Giselle spent eight years in the pharmaceutical industry working with GlaxoSmithKline
where she held senior marketing positions in their Caribbean and Central American operations.
Giselle was awarded a distinction from the University of Cumbria for her Masters in Business Administration in 2019.
She also holds an honours degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies
and was awarded their distinguished alumni award in 2014.


Mitchell De Silva
Citibank

Mr. Mitchell De Silva is a career Banker, having worked in the industry for twenty (20) years,
primarily in the Corporate and Investment Banking space. He possesses a sound understanding of the Caribbean debt markets and has participated in numerous transactions over that time across the public and private sector landscape.
During his tenure, he has led or had a significant role in financing totaling in excess of US$7BN.
As a relationship oriented person, Mitch interacts with key contacts across the various markets and willingly shares
his perspectives and views with clients and colleagues alike.

In furtherance of that, Mitch is the Immediate Past President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAMTT),
a post he was elected to in May 2017. As President, Mitch was responsible for the representation of three hundred (300) private sector entities, representing multiple areas of the business community in country. In this role, Mitch, together with the Board of the Chamber, its CEO and staff, presented and advocated for private sector views on matters of public policy and regulatory issues.


Mitch and his wife Gina have been happily married for the past fourteen (14) years and are the proud parents of two boys, Joshua and Evan. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Management from the University of West Indies and an MBA from York University, Schluich School of Business.


Patricia Ghany
Esau Oilfield Supplies Co. Ltd.

Ms. Patricia Ghany is the Chief Financial Officer at Esau Oilfield Supplies Co. Ltd.
The company has supplied and supported the oil and gas industry for more than 45 years, providing pipes, valves and pipe fittings
for the development of upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. With over 25 years’ experience in various aspects of the Oil & Gas sector,
Ms. Ghany is proficient in the areas of Procurement, Business Development and Project Management.

Ms. Ghany graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A. in Sociology and an M.B.A. in International Business and Finance.
She has also completed graduate courses in International Management and Cross-cultural Counseling at Harvard University.
Before returning to Trinidad in 1995, she was an International Trainer and Consultant in the areas of Cross-Cultural Management,
Diversity and Team Building in Austria and Germany. Ms. Ghany is a member of the Family Firm Institute, in Boston and has earned her Advance Certificate in Family Business Advising and Certificate in Family Wealth Advising. She has a vision to increase public awareness and broaden the understanding of developments in the fields of family businesses and family wealth in Trinidad & Tobago.

Ms. Ghany is currently the President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad & Tobago and
has held positions of Vice President & Treasurer during her five terms on the Board of Directors.
She presently serves on the boards of Guardian Holdings Ltd, Guardian Group Trust Ltd.,
Dialogue Solutions Ltd and The Women in Family Business Network.




Richard Look Kin CFA, PRM
First Citizens Trinidad & Tobago


Mr.Richard Look Kin is the Group Chief Risk Officer at First Citizens,one of the leading financial institutions in Trinidad 
and the English-speaking Caribbean. He has a B.Com in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University,and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Professional Risk Manager (PRM) designations.

Combined with his twenty (20) years of experience in banking and risk management, at regional and multinational financial institutions,
this allows him to bring a unique blend of leadership, vision, pragmatism and knowledge to the position.
As Group Chief Risk Officer, Richard is responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management framework of First Citizens
    which includes managing strategic risks and facilitating the achievement of above average risk adjusted
financial and operational performance of the organization.





Simon Aqui
IBM Trinidad

Mr. Simon Aqui is the Business Development Executive for the IBM Caribbean Financial Services Sector,
responsible for partnering with clients to manage their Digital Reinvention™ in this technologically disruptive generation.

Prior to this position, Simon served as the General Manager of IBM Trinidad & Tobago since 2008 with responsibility for the P&L country operations including strategic planning, sales, service delivery and support functions. Simon worked in various leadership positions at IBM over the last 25 years,
and spent four years working and studying in Silicon Valley developing managerial and technology expertise.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad & Tobago (AMCHAM) as a former President,
and as the Vice-Chair of the e-business Roundtable Executive Committee, a Public Private Partnership ICT Advisory board to the
Government of Trinidad & Tobago. Simon is also actively involved with the United Way of Trinidad & Tobago,
serving on the Donations and Marketing Committee.

Simon obtained his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine
and his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley (Haas).



George Gobin

S.M Jaleel Group of Companies

Mr.George Gobin is the Group Chief Technology and Information Officer, and is responsible for a team of professionals that support Global Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Information Risk & Security Management, Systems Architecture , Disruptive/Technology Innovation and Applications for Enterprise Information Systems at the SM Jaleel Group of Companies headquartered in Otaheite, Oropouche,Trinidad.

He was previously the Microsoft Regional Manager for Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Belize Turks & Caicos and Jamaica (BCBBTJ). He was based in the Microsoft Regional Head Quarters office in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and was responsible for the growth of Microsoft business in those countries along with positioning Microsoft role of citizenship assisting both the public / education and private sectors.

Prior to this he was the General Manager for the Microsoft West Indies regional office of Microsoft Corporation USA and was based in the Microsoft Trinidad & Tobago office headquartered in Port of Spain, Trinidad. He has had the experience of engaging with the Caribbean governments around their E-Govt strategies and also consulting with top commercial organizations in the region who are involved in finance, energy, and telecommunications to discuss solutions and benefits around implementing Microsoft technology.

He is a national of Trinidad & Tobago and studied at the University of the West Indies in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has a Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design for the National Institute of Higher Research, Science and Technology (NIHERST).

George has been working in the Information Technology field for the last 38 years and has had experience in all aspects of the IT Industry and the management of people and companies.

George is also a Past-President (for two terms) of The Information Technology Professional Society of Trinidad & Tobago. He is currently on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Network Information Centre Ltd (TTNIC) which is the organization responsible for managing domain name allocations on the .tt domain of the Internet. George is currently a Director on the Board of The Trinidad and Tobago Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group. He was also a Director on the Board of the National Library and Information Systems Authority (NALIS) of Trinidad and Tobago and had been so for 12 years supporting the role of Information Technology.

George was presented in February 2006, with a “Caribbean Luminary Award” by the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies for achievement and for supporting peoples and educational projects in the Caribbean region.



Karrian Hepburn
Trinidad & Tobago Unit Trust Corporation

Karrian’s leadership spent fourteen years at an international financial institution includes General Manager/Investments
to which she had oversight of the institution’s Private Client Group and Branch Manager.
Her leadership role spans between Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.

Her career experience includes Strategic and Financial Planning, Marketing and Sales, Designing and Implementing Policies and Procedures
to maintain best practices in sales and service, Customer Relationship Management, Business Compliance
as it relates to Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer-related matters and people leadership.

Karrian is a Licensed Broker with the Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC), a Licensed Trader with the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) and a holder of Mutual Funds License from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

She holds an MBA in General Management and a B.Sc. in Management Studies and Public Administration from The University of the West Indies.
She is also pursuing a doctorate with the University of Phoenix in Organizational Leadership. In addition, she has completed international professional training in the areas of Investments, Asset Management, Retail Banking, Business Support Services, Audit,
Credit Risk Management and Operations Shared Services.

She is currently in the role of Vice President, Sales and Service, at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, the region’s largest indigenous mutual fund company. She has been with the corporation for the last approximately 3 years.

                                                  She has executive responsibility for managing all customer relationships and service touch-points across the corporation which includes the Investments Centers, Bureau de Charge, Advisory Services, Agent administration, Contact Centre and Card Services.
She also sits on the board of the UTC Cayman SPC Limited. 


Nicholas Galt
The TSL Group

Mr. Nicholas Galt is the Executive Chairman of the TSL Group, a group of ICT companies operating predominantly throughout the Caribbean region. He is recognized regionally for his entrepreneurial personality and his software engineering skills. He is the author of several regionally successful applications and co-author of the Caribbean’s most successful integrated Human Resource Management System.

He maintains a varied portfolio in both the business world and the NGO communities. Besides his role as Chairman of The TSL Group, he is also Chairman Emeritus of the Governing Board of Directors of The Association of American Chambers of Commerce of Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA), a Washington D.C. organization and a council of the U.S Chamber of Commerce. He is a Trustee and a Board Director of the Pan American Development Foundation as well as the Caribbean Science Foundation. In Trinidad and Tobago, Galt is a past president and sitting Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce. Galt was also appointed to the Chair of the Debates Commission of Trinidad and Tobago in June 2017.

Galt is also a Board Member of NiQuan Energy Trinidad Limited, a Gas to Liquids Plant which will come on stream in late 2020.

Galt is a liaison Officer for the Guillain Barre Foundation of Philadelphia, U.S.A.

Galt, a Rotarian for several years, is a Paul Harris fellow.

He was appointed to the Senate of Trinidad and Tobago as an Independent Senator (Temporary) in June 2008, in May 2009,
in December 2010 and again in March 2012.

On October 8th 2008, Galt was elected a member of The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists, a London Livery Company. He holds the honour of being the first Caribbean Information Technologist to be awarded membership to this highly profiled organization. On February 11th 2010, he was made a Freeman and Citizen of the City of London, U.K. On October 13th, 2011, he was elevated to Livery Man at St. Bart’s Cathedral and is now one of 5000 Livery Men who are eligible to elect the Mayor and Sheriffs and other elected officials of the City of London.

Born of Trinidadian parents on October 29, 1953 in Port of Spain, Galt and his wife Nicole, have three children Kristy, Kelly and Andrew and six grandchildren.
