Toni Sirju-Ramnarine

Toni Sirju-Ramnarine holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Operations and Transformation at LNG producer Atlantic. Toni has senior strategic leadership oversight of Digital Strategy; Information and Technology Systems; Sustainability and Corporate Communications; Administration and Property Services; and Strategy and Optimisation. With over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Toni has held senior leadership responsibilities within the fields of Engineering, Business Development, Project Development and Management, Corporate Communications, Planning and Information Technology.

Toni holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College, London and is a qualified Chemical Engineer from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, where she was named one the university’s Distinguished Alumni. She is the President of the American Chamber of Commerce, the Loan for Enterprise and Network Development (LEND) and of Structural Engineering firm, KS&P Ltd. She is also a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago.

Garth Vincent

Garth brings 28 years’ experience in training and implementation of OHS and Business Continuity Management Systems, Emergency Management Crisis Communications Systems. Garth is a former contracted Chief of Emergency Operations for Bp Trinidad plant and offshore emergency response teams. Garth has trained and

provided contracted services for personnel at NGC, BHP Billiton, EOG Resources, Repsol YPF, British Gas/Shell, Atlantic and many other multinational oil and gas organizations operating in Trinidad and Tobago . Garth is a Level 5 Incident Commander trained at New Jersey Office of Emergency Management and further ICS Training at Bp Houston Texas Training Center. Garth has also performed Business Continuity, Health and Safety consultancy services for the gold mining sector in Suriname and Guyana. Belize Chamber of Commerce Industry and WIOC Antigua .Garth possesses two U.K. Master’s Degree in Risk, Crisis & Disaster Management and Occupational Health Safety & Environment (Distinction grade). He is a Certified ISO 22301 Business Continuity Auditor /Implementer/

Trainer, ISO 45001 OHSMS Trainer /Auditor. Garth is an adjunct lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, part time lecturer for the Energy Chamber Learning Resource Center, Nation’s School of Business in Guyana and IHSEC Dubai. Garth is also the present TTEMAS East West Chapter Chairman. Conducted this program for Guardian Life Executives, Trinidad Generation Unlimited, PHI and others via our training partners such as the Energy Chamber TT.

George Robinson 
Chief Security Officer
The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago

George Robinson is the Chief Security Officer at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) with over 18 years of business continuity management experience. He leads a team that is responsible for physical security, cyber security; crisis management and emergency response. He is a member of the Company’s business continuity team that was recently recognised by AMCHAM for its performance in business continuity operations during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

George was the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management and coordinated the major consequence management operations for the Fifth Summit of Americas (2009) and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (2009). He also crafted the National Continuity of Operations Strategy for Trinidad and Tobago.

He holds postgraduate degrees in Business Management and Military Arts and Science and completed the Scenario Planning Programme at Oxford Said Business School.

George is a Lead Provisional Auditor (RABQSA-RES – Resilience Management Systems Auditing) and is trained to conduct internal audits against International Standards such as ISO 28000 and 31000. (RABQSA is an Australian personnel and training certification body.)

George completed the Master Business Continuity Professional examination and is awaiting certification.

Antonia Lucky
Safety, Health & Environmental Manager,

Ms. Antonia Lucky is the Safety, Health & Environmental Manager at Nutrien (formerly PCS Nitrogen). She has been in the Industrial HSE field for twenty-one (21) years.

Antonia attained both her Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree from the UWI Mona Campus in Jamaica. She holds (3) Diplomas - one in Occupational Health & Safety, one in Security Management and one in UK Law. She is also certified at the UK Paralegal and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) accreditation levels.

She was one of the 1st group of students from the Mona Campus to graduate with a MSc. Degree in Natural Resource & Environmental Management and the 1st Trinbagonian to be awarded a 1-year Graduate Intern Scholarship at the prestigious International Centre for Environmental & Nuclear Sciences in Jamaica. Since 2009, she has been a part-time Lecturer for the M.Sc. Degree in Occupational, Environmental, Safety & Health at UWI St. Augustine, where she lectures (4) Course Modules. She also lectures MBA courses at the Arthur Lok Jack Institute of Business.

She sits on several National HSE Committees and HSE Technical Boards. She is the President of the T&T Emergency Mutual Aid Scheme (TTEMAS) which is based in Pt. Lisas Industrial Estate. Antonia is very passionate about work-life balance, volunteerism and partners several national and academic non-profit organizations.
